Booking Details
Price Range
My package prices range from $450 to $1,000. The price is based on the travel distance to the location as well as the package you have selected.
This price does not include any rehearsals which are a separate add-on.
Contract
A contract will be signed once we have agreed on all the terms and conditions.
Please note that only 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded upon cancellation.
Advance Booking
To better maximize your experience with Harpist Gracelyn, I would encourage you to book two months in advance; giving ample time to prepare your carefully selected repetoire.
Payment Methods
A minimum 50% deposit is required after the contract has been signed. The remaining balance will be due the date of the event.
Direct bank transfer or Paypal is acceptable for the deposit. Only cash will be accepted for final payment.
Stage & Set Up
For any indoor or outdoor events, a power outlet is required for the amplifying system. Especially for outdoors, A shaded area is strongly recommended to protect the harp from rain and heat damage.
A parking spot within close proximity would be peferrable - the harp is very heavy (approximately 15kg).
